In an increasingly digital world, we've become masters of virtual connection yet strangers to authentic human interaction. As screens mediate more of our professional lives, something essential is being lost, the irreplaceable energy of in-person connection and the depth that comes from sharing physical space with kindred minds.
Tropical Marketers Meetup emerges as a deliberate counterbalance to this digital saturation. We're creating a space where professionals can step away from the endless stream of notifications to engage in something increasingly rare: genuine, undistracted human connection.
Tenerife, an island distant from the world's major business hubs, serves as our intentional gathering point. This location isn't merely a backdrop but an integral part of our philosophy. By meeting in this fresh, different environment, participants naturally step outside their comfort zones, opening themselves to new perspectives and possibilities that remain hidden in familiar surroundings.
This is more than a professional event; it's an opportunity to meet potential partners, friends, and collaborators while confronting the challenges of our future alongside experts in digital transformation, artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship. The conversations that begin here won't be limited by rigid agendas or dominated by sponsor messaging, they'll flow organically, sparked by shared curiosity and sustained by mutual respect.
We've consciously limited the number of participants to ensure that every interaction has the potential for depth and meaning. We choose intimacy and quality over quantity in an age of massive conferences and digital scale.
Any profits generated will directly support the construction of a school in Keoroma, Togo. Located 5 km east of Atakpamè in the highlands region and approximately 165 km north of the capital Lomé, this community currently educates 263 students (108 boys and 155 girls) in a deteriorating structure. Our contribution will help build a facility that can serve even more children for generations.

The Tropical Marketers Meetup is an invitation to join a community of like-minded professionals who value depth over breadth and quality over quantity. To maintain the intimate atmosphere that allows for meaningful connections, we're limiting participation to only 100 attendees. Last year, we received approximately 500 applications, so we encourage you to apply promptly.
This meetup is primarily designed for seasoned entrepreneurs and established professionals in the digital space who can contribute meaningfully to high-level conversations. We also reserve a limited number of spots for emerging talents and "digital padawans" who bring fresh perspectives and innovative thinking.
To ensure a diverse and complementary mix of participants, we carefully review each application and generally select only one representative per organization. If you are business partners or co-founders, we kindly ask that only one person submits an application, preferably the individual most actively involved in the business operations.

We believe in complete transparency in all aspects of this gathering. The participation fee has been calculated to cover essential costs without generating profit for the organizers. Below is a breakdown of anticipated expenses. In alignment with our values, any surplus funds will be directed to the school construction project in Keoroma, Togo (full project costs).

Tenerife's accessibility is supported by two international airports:
- Tenerife North Airport (Los Rodeos) - Approximately 60 minutes by car from our venue
- Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia) - Approximately 30 minutes by car from our venue
Both options provide convenient access to the event and serve as gateways to exploring the diverse landscapes and experiences the island offers.

If you prefer not to drive, Tenerife offers a comprehensive bus network operated by TITSA. This service connects both airports to our venue and provides access to major attractions across the island.
